Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will guide store operations, drive sales through product knowledge, and uphold the brand’s standards on appearance and customer experience.

The role involves opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, and supporting omni-channel orders while building visual displays and protecting store assets. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but leadership experience is advantageous.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and brand culture.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
