Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to assist daily store operations and sales performance while adhering to company standards. The role includes supervising floor staff, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training completed.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and sales performance.
• Supervise store floor during shifts when assigned by manager.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, keep displays neat and presentable.
• Record and balance cash receipts, assist with deposits.
• Support training and mentoring of associates and volunteers.
