Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS, and support omni-channel fulfillment on a dynamic store floor. This role emphasizes product knowledge, brand awareness, visual merchandising, and adherence to company culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Show strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
