Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departments on the floor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policies.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and uphold service standards.
• Direct and support associates during shifts, including task delegation and break coverage.
• Assist with training new hires and provide ongoing coaching on safety and service.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory, restocking and product presentation.
• Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Document issues and feedback for store leadership.
