Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in retail customer service and business-to-business sales, or equivalent.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently; extra languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage professional chefs, restaurant owners, and cooking enthusiasts at the counter.
• Guide and mentor junior team members; resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Work independently with initiative and contribute to process improvements.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance the cash register; provide receipts.
• Bag purchases and ensure safe transport; generate reports for sales.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and well-displayed merchandise.
