Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience.

You will supervise opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and create compelling visual displays to drive sales. This role supports the store leadership team with customer experience and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
