Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Store Associate at Marshalls Greensburg, PA. You’ll help keep our store clean, operate floor machines, and support customer service while contributing to a positive team culture.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule. You’ll work across store areas as needed, follow safety and loss-prevention standards, and learn multiple responsibilities to support the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; operate scrubber and buffer.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean; keep restrooms and front end areas tidy.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed and assist with safety/loss-prevention standards.
