Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubber and buffer; dust mop, sweep, vacuum, and clean glass/windows.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms and Associate areas.
• Follow health, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines; report issues to management.
• Cross-train to support different store areas as needed throughout the day.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members about tasks and needs.
