Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a store cleaning associate to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. You will operate floor care equipment, dust, mop, and perform window cleaning while following health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.

Cross-training in various store areas helps support daily operations and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, adaptability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care and window cleaning.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss-prevention standards; support cross-functional store coverage as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple areas to support store needs and recovery during the day.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; follow policies and labor guidelines.
