Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a store associate focused on floor care and general cleaning. You will operate scrubber and buffer equipment, perform moppings, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning while supporting multiple store areas as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work a flexible schedule, and good communication in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Cross-trained to work in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.; support Front End coverage needs.
• Uphold merchandising signage standards and store policies; participate in safety initiatives.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; follow labor policies and procedures.
