Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating scrubbers, buffers, mops, and general cleaning while adhering to health, safety, and loss prevention standards.

You will cross-train in multiple store areas, support front-end coverage, and uphold merchandising and signage standards to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot clean glass/windows.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention standards; support store coverage needs.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed.
