Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate focused on maintaining a clean, organized environment and floor care. You will operate scrubbers and buffers, perform mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning while adhering to loss-prevention standards and supporting multiple store areas.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to multi-task, strong communication, and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to assist front-end, backroom, and sales floor.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; uphold safety and labor policies.
