Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, mop floors, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas as needed.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage.
• Engage with customers and colleagues professionally.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
