Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability at multiple Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations within the district.

You will drive sales, enhance customer service, and ensure compliant store performance. Responsibilities include supervising cash handling, staff training and scheduling, recruiting assistants, resolving customer issues, and meeting district targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse concerns.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, and transactions per policy and regulations.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins, manage a cash drawer and deposits; may assist with bank pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Assist with recruiting, selecting, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
