Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience in a multi-unit environment.
• Experience owning or supporting a P&L at the unit or regional level.
• Background in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or operational finance.
• Experience with incentive or commission plan administration.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to translate financial complexity into clear, actionable communication for non-finance audiences.
• Ability to travel to retail locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner to Operations and Marketing leadership across Trades & Outdoor stores, providing financial insight to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in store-level and portfolio P&Ls, understanding revenue drivers, labor dynamics, margins, and cost levers.
• Partner with FP&A on budget, forecast, and monthly performance reviews, translating trends into financial updates.
• Bridge Finance and Operations by linking financial outcomes to day-to-day activity and guiding leadership decisions.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across the Retail portfolio and communicate findings to Operations leaders.
• Analyze performance at store, market, and brand levels; provide narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Support General Managers in understanding drivers, costs, and margins to improve decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify initiatives that improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to standardize workflows and enhance financial and operational auditability.
