Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA a plus.
• Five to seven years of FP&A or related financial experience.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with retail and manufacturing reporting and analysis.
• Proficient with ERP, budgeting and forecasting systems.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for the retail store segment.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen retail locations' financial health.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for investments and capital projects.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance commentary explaining variances, drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting with store-level insights and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with store leaders and partners in manufacturing, sales and operations.
• Define and improve reporting standards, KPIs, scorecards, and automation of reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports, models and source systems.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to analysts and interns.
