Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to deliver training programs to field merchandisers, ensuring consistent merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across territories. Qualifications

Retail experience preferred and helpful for training field merchandisers.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficient with smartphones, apps, email and E‑learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers.
Travel up to 75 miles within the assigned territory to conduct sessions.
Conduct on-site and virtual training to educate on standards and campaigns.
Coach field merchandisers and provide feedback to close performance gaps.
Update training materials based on product changes and guidelines.
Support new product launches and store resets with timely sessions.
