Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or retail training experience is preferred.
• Proficient with smartphone apps, email, texts, and E-learning platforms.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and materials for field merchandisers.
• Travel up to 75 miles within the territory.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions on standards and campaigns.
• Train on product placement, signage, and display techniques.
• Provide hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits.
• Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Update training materials for product changes and trends.
• Support new product launches and store resets with training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on merchandising practices.
