NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to support our retail and hospitality clients in the Orange County, NY area. This hands-on role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment including self-checkout systems, while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers on-site work with a company vehicle, training, and opportunities for career growth within NCR Voyix’s global service team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Orange County, NY area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills; hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment and self-checkout systems within the assigned territory.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues, provide timely solutions, and communicate with customers.
• Perform maintenance, PMs, and system overhauls as needed.
• Travel within the territory and operate a company vehicle according to policy.
