Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electromechanical equipment for large retail clients across the territory. You will operate in a fast-paced field, performing on-site service calls, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with strong diagnostic skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times and some holidays.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
