NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems across the Ithaca area. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who thrive in a fast-paced field service environment.

You will receive hands-on training, a company vehicle, health insurance and a 401(k). Local travel, rotating shifts, and lifting up to 75 pounds are part of the job, with overtime opportunities and paid

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the specified area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Eligible to operate a vehicle with valid driver's license.
• Proficient with PC and basic electronics.
• Familiar with hardware and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
