NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I in the Cleveland, OH area to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory. You will be the first line of support, triaging issues and delivering fast, practical solutions with a customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates are locally based, legally eligible to work in the US, 18+, with a valid driver’s license. Training is provided, and overtime is available.

Qualificações

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
