Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to perform installation, maintenance, and service calls for electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory. You will travel to customer sites and support large retail clients with a focus on reliability and quality service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, PC/electronic skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts. Overtime, holidays, and a company vehicle are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Authorized to travel to the US.
• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work – Rotating shifts within set teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
