NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory. You will respond as a first line contact with customers, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance under training.

Formación

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with electromechanical equipment.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Flexible shift work – rotating mornings, afternoons, evenings, with some holidays.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.

Conocimientos

Mechanical aptitude

Valid driver's license

PC skills

Willing to be trained

Lifting up to 75 lbs

Ability to travel
