NCR Voyix in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service self-checkout and electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. This role requires a mechanical aptitude, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with a good mechanical aptitude.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
