NCR Voyix Corporation in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, for major retail partners.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged travel with long driving hours.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift work.
• Carrying and lifting tools and equipment up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
