Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installations, maintenance, and service calls across the Upper Peninsula (Marquette, Iron Mountain, Houghton). You’ll service electromechanical equipment, manage preventive maintenance, and travel within the territory to support major retail customers.

The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, 18+ years of age, and flexibility for rotating shifts. Benefits include holidays, vacation, 401K, and immediate medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic PC and electronic skills; hardware familiarity.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Rotating weekend and shift schedule.
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted (150 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
