Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician in La Crosse, WI to service and install electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, for major retail customers.

You will travel within the territory, perform installations, maintenance, and repairs, and support customers with timely, high-quality service. The role requires mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills and electronics aptitude.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
