Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring Field Service Technicians to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment for major retail clients, with travel within the territory and rotating shifts.

Comprehensive training and a company vehicle are provided to support fast, reliable service. Ideal candidates are customer service oriented, technically skilled, and able to work independently while delivering best-in-class support.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of electronics are required.
• Willing to travel and work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
