Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical retail equipment across designated territories. You will diagnose, repair, and prompt service while delivering excellent customer support. Training is provided to help you grow within a global field services team.

This role requires willingness to travel, rotating shifts, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. NCR Voyix values teamwork, safety, and reliable field presence.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and hardware/OS familiarity.
• Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willing to travel with long daily drives.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shifts with morning, afternoon, and evening start times.
• Able to lift up to 75 lb unassisted and 150 lb with assistance.
• Willing to operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
