You will train store staff, drive endcap Displays, and travel within the market on a weekly schedule to ensure brand messaging stays current and compelling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of retail selling experience in electronics preferred.
• 6+ months of training experience, preferably in direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the market.
• Train and motivate retail associates to confidently recommend Dell solutions.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Coordinate group trainings and execute.
• Build relationships with store managers to drive sales initiatives.
• Attend bi-annual client partner meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance metrics.
• Capture customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategy.
• Document sales activity and store visits.
