Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth with The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute in-store promotions.

You will analyze sales data with Power BI, collaborate with store teams, manage inventory, and support brand marketing efforts while traveling to assigned locations. This non-exempt role requires the ability to lift tools, travel, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• MS Office proficiency required; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus depending on markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering product solutions with strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; leverage Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Develop relationships with Home Depot team members to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely reporting and resets as needed.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase new products and meet market needs.
