Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will perform merchandising, promotions, and data-driven decisions to elevate product presence and sell-through, while building retailer relationships and executing marketing initiatives.

The role involves travel, weekend work, and heavy lifting as part of in-store setup. Relocation may be required for future opportunities within the network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc. Air travel will be required.
• Employees will also be required to transport a small amount of company property (company devices, demo tools, tool kit, safety supplies).
• Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead and climbing ladders to move product.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising through data analytics and store objectives.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to improve in-store execution.
