TTI (Techtronic Industries) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales for premier product lines at Home Depot nationwide. You will enhance selling and account management skills, launch your career in a fast-paced company, and support both field sales and brand marketing activities.

You'll plan events, conduct demos, and partner with Home Depot teams. Travel, weekends, and a dynamic, results-driven environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Owns a personal vehicle and insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Willing to travel to stores/meetings; occasional air travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical duties.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Relocation may be required for opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service for Home Depot, with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions to raise awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in training programs to work independently in assigned markets.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot teams to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; support merchandising resets and product placement.
