Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier power tools and accessories at The Home Depot nationwide. The role focuses on customer engagement, product demonstrations, and strategic merchandising to maximize sell-through.

You will participate in TTI’s training programs while building partnerships with store teams and applying data insights to optimize campaigns and promotions across markets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pass drug screening and MVR checks.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 1 year in one state.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance.
• Willing to travel to assigned stores and for meetings, events, etc.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot with deep product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions to raise awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and optimize product placement through merchandising and data-driven decisions.
• Develop strong relationships with Home Depot staff to improve in-store execution and build partnerships.
• Manage inventory, conduct merchandising resets, and report duties promptly.
