Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share in The Home Depot, delivering product solutions with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm. You will engage customers, plan events, and support corporate campaigns while leveraging Power BI for decisions.

Ideal candidates will be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., have a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and be willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and for meetings/events, including air travel.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a retail environment full time.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell‑through.
• Manage merchandising, product placement, and store objectives using data analytics.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members for in‑store execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock movements promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to feature cutting‑edge products.
