Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product lines at The Home Depot. You will develop sales, manage store events, and execute marketing initiatives while building strong retailer partnerships and using data to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes account management, product knowledge, and the ability to travel to assigned stores, with compensation and benefits aligned to market rates across nationwide postings.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Must travel to/ from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently within the market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and growth.
