Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail projects, including fixture installs, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You will coach the field team, partner with store leadership, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion across the assigned market.

Regular travel is required to cover stores and neighboring markets. The role demands experience with electronic display builds, planograms, and the ability to train/direction field staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Proficiency with a smartphone, tablet, or iPad for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified, or willing to become certified within 30 days of hire, to safely operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts per OSHA requirements.
• Residence within commuting distance of the assigned territory (approx. 30 miles).
• Willingness to travel by personal vehicle within market and to neighboring markets, including overnight travel.
• Familiarity with major retail environments (electronics, big-box, grocery).
• Able to work a full-time schedule including possible weekends during peak resets.
• Maintain a personal toolkit for merchandising and installation work.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
