Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail fixture installations, displays, store remodels, and resets. You will coach the field team, partner with store leadership, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to client standards across the assigned market.

The role requires regular travel to stores within the region and neighboring markets as needed, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading electronic display builds and installations.
• Experience with planogram resets and merchandising.
• Experience leading or directing field staff, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and large-scale retail projects.
• Coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
