Leverage your retail management experience in a new way! Winmark Corporation is a nationally recognized franchisor of brands such as Once Upon A Child, Plato’s Closet, Play It Again Sports, Music Go Round, and Style Encore. Support our franchisees by traveling approximately 30% to provide in-store support and positively impact communities across North America.

Position Details

Primary Qualifications

1. 4-year degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in retail, hospitality, or restaurant management, including merchandising and inventory management.
2. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently.
3. High professionalism, confidentiality, ethical standards, tact, and diplomacy in interactions with franchisees.
4. Experience with P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis is a plus.
5. Approximately 30% travel required within the United States and Canada.
6. Valid driver’s license required.

Location and Compensation

The position is based on-site at Winmark’s Plymouth, Minnesota location, with travel to franchise stores. The annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience, plus discretionary profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits.
