Major Global Luxury Hotel Group – Operations Manager Role

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus 10% bonus.

Work Arrangement: Remote / WFH, EST timezone required.

Requirements: Hotel industry experience, hospitality industry, data analytics, Salesforce, MicroStrategy, team management, project management, performance reviews, strong communication skills.

Role Overview

This is a team lead role within a small Operations team responsible for analysis and reporting of Travel Agent market share. This analysis provides strategic insights for the Business Development teams worldwide, guiding their focus on key Travel Agents and wholesalers.

The global Business Development teams across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia engage in workshops, training sessions, and events to enhance the brand’s market share through Travel Agents.

The Operations Manager oversees three support roles and delivers dashboards and analysis to inform the Global Director and the hotel brand's strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the operations team.
• Provide data analysis, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making.
• Support the Global Director on ad hoc projects, presentations, and performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate
