Fairview is hiring for a 340B Operations Manager! This is a fully remote, 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/2 weeks) position working Monday-Friday.

Job Overview

Under the direction of the 340B Operations Director, the 340B Operations Manager will provide operational and strategic management, and process development for Fairview’s 340B programs to ensure optimal performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. The role also involves managing, training, and mentoring the 340B operations team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain processes and policies that effectively manage and monitor the Programs, ensuring all drugs dispensed or administered meet 340B qualification standards based on best practices, federal regulations, and company policies.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships necessary for program success.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Evaluate programs continuously for process improvements.
  5. Supervise staff including hiring, onboarding, coaching, evaluating, and managing performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  6. Create onboarding and educational processes for new team members.
  7. Develop staff developmental plans for ongoing growth.
  8. Oversee reporting related to the program, including creating and maintaining reports and data analysis to monitor performance.
  9. Develop and review reporting mechanisms to compile operational results.
  10. Maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, data/IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Supervisory/Management experience.
  • Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • At least 5 years supervisory/management experience.
  • 3 years of progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B.
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system.
  • Experience with 340B split billing software.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Compensation

The posted pay range applies to a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual pay may vary based on several factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions. Our organization values pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is uncommon.
