Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market, directing in-store teams, ensuring planogram compliance, and delivering high-quality resets and installations.

You will travel between stores, supervise associates, and report progress via mobile apps while upholding safety and client standards. The role requires 2+ years of retail merchandising experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against company and client standards
• Serve as the company's in-market point of contact; build and maintain strong working relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company mobile apps and systems, and verify the accuracy of team project reporting
• Plan efficient daily travel between assigned stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site: verify proper and safe use of tools and equipment by self and team, and stop and correct unsafe conditions or behavior
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client or store issues to the District Manager promptly
• Lead the in-store team of merchandising associates in the quality and on-time completion of team-based projects
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements
• Provide input to the District Manager on associate performance, development, and conduct; participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested
