Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based retail merchandising, resets, and installations across an assigned market. You will guide in-store teams, ensure planogram adherence, and deliver high-quality work on time while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires driving between stores, coordinating with store management and clients, and reporting progress through company apps. Travel to neighboring markets may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete project reporting via mobile apps and systems.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site and address gaps promptly
• Lead and train associates on standards and retailer requirements
