Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and perform in-store merchandising across an assigned market. You will train and manage a team of contractors, ensure planogram compliance, and report progress through company apps.

Regular travel within the market and occasional travel to neighboring markets are required. The role demands 2+ years of field merchandising experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read planograms and operate tools safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory: resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture installation and signage.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client reps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate staffing or coverage gaps to District Manager promptly.
• Train, coach, and model merchandising standards for the team.
• Assist with associate performance feedback and onboarding as requested.
