Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager (AEM), a full-time, field-based leader responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across the assigned market. The AEM personally performs merchandising, resets, installations, and break-fix work while leading in-market teams.

You will travel throughout the market, train associates, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the District Manager on staffing and project timelines.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Willingness to travel within the market and neighboring markets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory.
• Direct in-store team; communicate project instructions and sequence tasks.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and clients.
• Provide accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs promptly.
• Lead training and standards for merchandising and safety.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding when requested.
