Job summary

Channel Partners seeks an Area Execution Manager to lead retail merchandising and store resets across a defined market. This full-time, field-based role directs in-store teams, ensures planogram compliance, and maintains high quality standards in every project.

You will travel between stores, report progress via company mobile apps, and partner with district leadership to optimize staffing and client satisfaction while upholding safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixtures, or displays.
• Experience leading or directing work of field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising activities across the market territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicating instructions and sequencing tasks.
• Build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Submit accurate project reporting via mobile apps and verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Escalate staffing gaps and client issues to the District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff as requested.
