Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across a designated Phoenix market. The role involves performing resets, planogram compliance, and installation tasks while directing a team of merchandising associates to ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

You will train and coach the in-store team, liaise with store management and client representatives, and provide accurate reporting from the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field.
• Experience leading field associates or teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between stores and markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities: resets, planograms, displays, fixtures, signage, and inventory.
• Direct in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete on-time project reporting with photos and data via mobile apps.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and correct unsafe conditions or behavior.
