Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the assigned territory, ensuring high-quality, on-time resets and installations. You will manage a team of associates, coordinate with store and client contacts, and report project progress using company mobile apps.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong planogram skills, and travel within the market. A full-time schedule includes weekend availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or fixture installation experience.
• Experience leading or training field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned territory, including resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixtures, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact and build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company apps and verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and intervening on unsafe conditions or behavior.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
