Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers across your territory, educating merchants about the client’s financial services and program benefits. You will be the face of the brand in the field, building relationships and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.

This field-based role requires daily travel, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations in territory and build relationships with merchants.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support and answer questions for merchant understanding.
• Place and maintain in-store signage and branding.
• Document visits with mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.
